Grammar focus

“Would” can be used to talk about things which happened often in the past.
It’s often preceded by a sentence, “When I + past simple…”.

Examples :
- When my dad worked, he would spend a lot of time reading CVs at home. He was in charge of recruitment.
- When I worked for Megao, our team would spend most days in meeting rooms. It was exhausting and not very productive.
